Sorry, we do not accept one-day rental requests from cruise ship passengers. All major credit cards accepted. All drivers must be 23 years or older to rent. Please drop off your car at least two hours ahead of your flight time (earlier on high season weekends).

IMPORTANT:
Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us by email.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW:

• Your arriving flight date, time, airline, and flight number;
• Departure date / time / location. We will meet you at our offices at the airport
  for vehicle check-in. Please allow plenty of time to get through busy airport ticket
  counters and security at Princess Juliana Airport. Please tell us the date and time
  you plan to drop off your car, plus your return flight number and airline. We do need
  to know whether you will drop your car off at our offices or at the airport.
• We need to know your name, full address, email, daytime & evening
  telephone, and your cell number. If you have WhatsApp, let us know
  that number.
• Is your inquiry URGENT? If so please note that in the subject of your email,

Please be patient -- it will take only a couple of moments for our system to record your request. Tropical-Tropicana invariably responds to all reservations requests by email within 48-72 hours. If you do not hear from us within three business days of making your reservation request, chances are that the "spam filters" in your email software have blocked our confirming email.
